Service 

The action of helping 

Err Vis

An error in seeing; lack of understanding  

Customer’s err vis

The lack of good attitude 

No hi, how are you?

       Good, and you?

A service rep’s bliss

To speak, be spoken to

The consumer’s kiss

Until Customer’s Err Vis

Sight becomes amiss

Both with separate image

Of the same lineage

Consumer puckers a grimace

A finger wags in a face

Consumer curses rep’s name

Consumed by blame

The customer’s Err Vis

Customer service

Reflects customer’s Err Vis

And never can be too nice

When err creates vice 

If Customer non facit err?

Facit bonum

Customer service is good

And life goes on
